In this document, the terms “TechPark”, “we”, “us” or the “Company” refer to TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD, operating under the trading name TechPark.
2. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the TechPark website, the review of products and services offered through the Site, the creation of orders, payment transactions and after-sales processes.
TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD reserves the right to update the products, services, prices and content offered on the Site whenever deemed necessary.
3. Product and Service Information
TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD aims to ensure that product descriptions, technical specifications, images, stock information and prices displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date.

4. Placing an Order

If payment has been received but the product is unavailable in stock, or if an exceptional circumstance prevents fulfilment of the order, the customer will be informed and the amount collected for the relevant order will be refunded.

The current sale prices of products are displayed on the Site.
Payment transactions may be processed through the secure virtual POS infrastructure of a bank or authorised payment service provider contracted by TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD.
For credit or debit card transactions, security checks provided by the relevant bank and, where applicable, 3D Secure authentication may be used.
TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD does not charge customers any additional fee described as a “card usage commission” solely for payments made by credit or debit card.
Instalment options, supported cards and payment terms may vary depending on banks, card providers and periodic campaigns or arrangements.

The delivery method, delivery area, estimated delivery time and any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process or on the relevant product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, regional transportation issues or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and contact information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.
7. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Returns

If the delivered product is different from the product ordered, incomplete, damaged or defective, the customer should contact TechPark as soon as reasonably possible.
The customer’s rights under applicable legislation regarding repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract in relation to defective products are reserved.
Damage caused by user error, use contrary to operating instructions, unauthorised intervention, physical impact, liquid contact or similar user-related causes may affect whether the product is covered under warranty or eligible for return.
9. User Obligations

Not to use another person’s information without authorisation,
Not to provide false or misleading order information,
Not to engage in activities that may compromise the security or operation of the Site,
Not to attempt unauthorised access or engage in malware distribution, automated attacks or similar activities.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
The TechPark brand, logo, designs, texts, images, graphics, interfaces and other content available on the Site belong to TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD or the relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD or the relevant rights holder.

TECHPARK INVESTMENTS LTD takes reasonable technical measures to maintain the availability and proper operation of the Site.
